We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 days, while express options are available at checkout.
All orders are shipped via FedEx, including express options.

- Orders are processed Monday - Saturday from 8AM to 2PM CST (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after this cut off time will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed for products that are noted to take an additional 2-4 weeks are shipped immediately once it has arrived. If you are in need of the ETA, please reach out to us!
We offer local deliveries to those that are within a 50 mile radius of our location.
Deliveries within 25 miles have a $25 fee, those within 50 miles have a $50 fee.
Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, 8AM to 12PM & 1PM to 6PM (excluding holidays). There is a limit of how many deliveries can be made per slot, and we allow booking deliveries up to 2 weeks in advance.
Local deliveries are allowed for single unit purchases and pallet purchases.
Pickup orders must be picked up during their chosen time slots. If you are unable to make your designated time, please reach out to our team at your earliest convenience to reschedule.
If no response is heard, we will automatically hold your pick up order for a MAX 1 week after the missed pickup date. On the last day of this extension, if the order is not picked up by end of day, we will issue an immediate refund.
Pickup orders placed before 2PM CST will be able to be picked up next day. Orders placed after 2PM CST will only be shown days after the next day.

All returns are provided a free return label by our team. Once your order has returned to our location, we will issue you an immediate refund, or ship the corrected/exchanged product back to you (this is typically same day unless the product arrives past our shipping cut off time, then it will be next business day).
Additional Refund Information:
- Refunds are first marked as pending for 1 to 2 business days, and then can take an additional 10 business days due to varying bank processing times.
- If you do not receive the refund after these additional days, please reach back out to us and we can provide your ARN number. This can be given to your bank so they can track your refund on their end.
You will notice that on certain brands, we give the options for single and pallet purchases. Pallet's are 2,000lb and are only available for pick up and local delivery.
How many bags are in a pallet? A pallet is 2,000lb, so we divide the single units to this amount. For example: single horse feed is typically a 50lb bag. So one pallet is 40 bags. (2,000/50 = 40 bags).
